Last week in a post I initiated a promise that I would share each week (at least until Spring!) a crockpot cookin recipe. This week I wanted to share porkchops and potatoes. This is a twist on a non-crockpot recipe where rice is typically used plus I’ve added a few items.
4-5 lean porkchops
sliced fresh mushrooms – about 2 cups
1 sweet onion, chopped
8-10 potatoes (pick the ones you like) I used Gold
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
3-4 cans cream of mushroom soup
