I’m sharing with you today another crockpot recipe, Pulled Pork Sliders. It’s a simple get-ready meal and is great for eating while watching a great football game!
I read a few different recipes and them ended up just making it up. My challenge was my hubby doesn’t like spicy or anything that has a taste of vinegar. Here’s my recipe.
Pulled Pork Slider
- 6-7 1b pork butt
- 3/4 cup apple vinegar cider
- 2 18oz. bottles Bay Ray’s BBQ with brown sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- a couple dashes of Worcestershire sauce
- teaspoon of yellow mustard
Place pork in the crockpot. Mix all ingredients together and pour over the meat. Cook on low approximately 5 hours. Before pulling the pork a part remove half the liquid. It can always be added back in but this will prevent it from being too watery. Place pork on slider bun. Top with broccoli slaw for a little crunch.
